TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All website orders must be paid by CREDIT CARD or DIRECT DEPOSIT as advised. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. The goods remain the property of Makosa until full payment is received.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.
Delivery - Products
Please note that orders within Australia are sent via Australian Post.
All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
Delivery - International
We ship to all International destinations.
International orders are sent by standard Post unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply.
Please contact us and we will try and get you the best rate.
Delivery Delays
All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not make refunds on purchased items. However, most items can be returned for exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE ITEMS OR ACCESSORIES.
Returned merchandise must be in as-new condition.
Items must have all of the tags and labels attached as well as be in the same, perfect condition they were sent to you: unworn, unused, unwashed.
Procedure
Please contact email@makosa.com.au first so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and verify your order. You must do this step before you send anything back.
Once we receive your return, give us 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your request. Many times we’ll ship out your replacement items immediately. In some cases, we may need your credit card information again to bill shipping charges or any difference in costs for your new products.
For added security we do not keep any of your credit card information on file.
